The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the 'international' market. Whether traveling abroad to put deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS members are consumers' best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.
The International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI, is a Business Club of real estate professionals in 60 countries and a Federation of 100 national real estate associations representing 1.5 million professionals. FIABCI is a Special consultant with NGO status to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations Organisation (ECOSOC). FIABCI represents all real estate disciplines: brokerage, property management, valuation / appraisal, property development and consulting, lawyers, insurers, architects & urban planners. FIABCI represents all types of property including: Leisure, office, industrial, residential, retail & rural. FIABCI is Global , represented by chapters in 48 countries. It has five official languages: English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish. FIABCI is a non-political entity whose objective is to help its members add an international dimension to their businesses. FIABCI helps members acquire knowledge, develop networks and optimise business opportunities all over the world.
Livtopia is a member of the Mexican Association of Professional Real Estate Agents, the ‘Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliario’ (AMPI Nacional). Governing real estate agents across the country, AMPI regulates real estate procedure, manages agent's ongoing education, and provides professional development and client protection and market improvement. Members adhere to the same guidelines as those established by the National Association of REALTORS®
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) is a non-profit 501 c6 trade association with 15,000 members in over 60 affiliate chapters in 48 states, including: California, Connecticut, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Florida. Based in Washington, D.C., members are real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, mortgage brokers, title officers, escrow officers, appraisers, insurance agents and more. They are from diverse cultural backgrounds as membership is not limited to professionals of Hispanic descent.
NAHREP's mission is to increase Hispanic homeownership rates by empowering the advisors that serve them and by providing educational tools and a networking forum, and through the power of advocacy. A board of directors, advisory and executive committees govern NAHREP and include highly successful practitioners, entrepreneurs, former government appointed officials and industry leaders from Fortune 100 companies.
