Every contract includes a Monthly Statement of Your Account
As property management specialists, Livtopia promotes your property on-line as well as with other agencies to ensure that your property is rented the maximium possible period. We select the clients and establish the contract so that you never have to worry.
Short term (daily, weekly or up to five months) rentals or Long term (six months or more) rentals allow you to profit from the property no matter how much or how little you intend to occupy it. Each of these types of rentals has different implications for the payment of utilities, Homeowner Association Fees and taxes. We're always happy to explain either type of rental and which is preferable for your own investment or vacation plans.
