Because Livtopia has secured strategic alliances with all the developers that participate in our Discovery Weekends programs - you'll get access you might not otherwise receive. In many cases, our developers will only accept clients from organizations like Livtopia and not from independent or unknown realtors or brokers.

 

Therefore we ask that participating Independent Consultants follow the guidelines outlined below, both for the protection of Livtopia's Clients, Customers and Business, but for the protection and success of all the Consultants participating in these exceptional weekends.

Participating Independent Consultants agree to:

  1. Attend and participate in all scheduled events, programs, presentations and tours
  2. Refrain from promoting your own practice, other clients, or other un-related business during the Weekend
  3. Act at all times to promote, foster and encourage the weekend's relaxed educational atmosphere
  4. Adhere to the non-disclosure terms outlined in the Pre-registration and Referral Terms and Conditions 

Participating Independent Consultants are further reminded that meals or drinks ordered outside of the Discovery Weekend program will be charged to the room and a Credit Card is necessary for hotel check-in and room security.
