Go and meet the very friendly people at Livtopia and have an informative and fun weekend. We are glad we did. We met some very nice people throughout the weekend. We apprecaiated the fact that we were not presured to make an immediate decision reguarding purchase of any real estate during the seminar.

I would like to let you know about my wonderful experience with a couple of very special people that work for your company. It first started from Canada I heard about some townhouses in Bucerias, and found some information on them and emailed Diane Hamelburg at Livtopia. By the next day I had a reply from Diane and an email from Lili Pedroza letting us know that our email had been received. I let them know that Tom and I would be travelling to Puerto Vallarta in January and wanted to make arrangements to see the townhouses. That is when Lili took over making arrangements to meet with us on the 15th. We arrived in our hotel and Lili called and made plans to pick us up at our hotel and take us to Bucerias. She was immediately like someone you knew forever - full of information and just over all a very people person which made everything so comfortable. We looked at the townhouses and went back to the office of Dynamica and were well informed by everyone. On our way back to the hotel Lili told us about the seminar that was happening that weekend for the three days she had invited us to the Saturday seminar when the lawyer, developers and others would be there. That evening she called and and said she had spoke to her boss, Diane and they invited us to the whole weekend including the stay at the hotel, which we declined as we had our hotel, but very gracious of her to offer. We had said we would be more than happy to take in the seminar and so Saturday it began we toured Puerto Vallarta we were taken to a beautiful restaurant and treated wonderfully. The next day began early with all people involved giving their presentations they were very good and everything presented perfectly. It assured us that we were really doing the right thing. We had a lot of questions and all were answered that day. We were then again taken to some great places to eat and see what it is really like to be a resident and not just a visitor. We have always travelled to Puerto Vallarta and met other travelers, but with Diane and Lili we got to meet local people. The weekend was over and we were sad, but Lili called Wednesday and we agreed to meet Friday still no pressure we told her to give us a call and we would decide. We had really decided before Lili called with the information we had gathered we could make an educated decision that one of the charming houses would be ours. So Lili picked us up again never complaining and took us back to Bucerias for another look then to the office to decide which house would be ours. The girls there all also are very friendly and the team work between Livtopia and them in awesome. They gave us a plan of what townhouses were available and we were able to pick one that had just became available. Signed the papers and we are so excited. Lili once again treated us to lunch and helped us celebrate. On the way to the restaurant Diane called and she also spoke to us and congratulated us as well. We knew we had made a good choice using Livtopia to help us with our purchase. The great service has not stopped there I have spoke to Lili quite a few times through email and within hours my email is promptly returned. I hope you know these two girls that we had the good fortune to meet helped us make our decision. Please let them know we appreciate their hard work.
