Rancho Bellavista
In the north of the state of Veracruz, not far from Tuxpan, along the spectacular Playa Norte, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find new undeveloped properties of spectacular character and richness. Rancho Bellavista is subdivided into 24 unique and advantageous lots that provide a stunning opportunity for eco-conscious living, in the heart of one of Mexico’s newest eco-tourist centers. Each lot enjoys a spectacular beach front to the east and the fantastic Estuary of Tamiahua to the west. This location is similar to the inter-coastal region of the Eastern United States.
The Gulf of Mexico, here, is a beautiful turquoise color. Even on the stormiest day it is much calmer than any place on the Pacific coast. Temperatures may rarely drop to 50 degrees Fahrenheit and at the other extreme may climb as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit, but most days are in the 70s to 80s Fahrenheit.
Bellavista is less than 45 minutes away from the airport at Poza Rica that is served by flights from all over Mexico. Likewise, there are good hospitals at Poza Rica and at nearby Tampico, and at Tuxpan. The world famous pyramids at Tajin are less than an hour’s drive away as are the Tamiahua Gap, a spectacular sea side nature preserve, Tanguijo Bay and la Isla de los Lobos or Wolf Island.
Rancho Bellavista is surrounded by virgin tropical forest and mangrove swamps that are alive with a more splendid array of plants and animals than can be easily imagined. Armadillos, raccoons, anteaters, and coyotes share the area with parakeets, pelicans, seagulls, ducks, geese, bobwhite, and doves. The abundant water areas are teeming with bass, dogfish, shrimp, oysters, crabs, octopuses and conch, among others.
No more than 25 feet below Bellavista is a sweet water aquifer that sustains the area. The Federal Commission of Electricity is more than happy to provide and install service to new buyers at Bellavista. Many new buyers are taking advantage of a wide variety of local alternatives that include gas or diesel powered generators. For the more environmentally conscious, some of Mexico’s first solar cells are being sold in the area and these offer a clean and silent way to benefit even more from Veracruz’s abundant sunshine.
This is in or around Tuxpam, Mexico.
