Maintenance Fees:

Fractional ownership is based on four week periods. The ownership fees for each individually owned four week period (each year) are calculated by the size of each individual villa. Currently these fees are estimated at US$1000 for a one bedroom villa, US$1,650 for a two bedroom villa and US$2,200 for a three bedroom villa. They include electricity, water, internet, cable TV.

Each period is based on four consecutive weeks, totaling 13 periods a year. Ownership calendar starts in 2007 from 13- Jan to 10 – Feb (first period) and last period is 15-Dec to 12 Jan 2008, 2008 starts on Jan-12 to Feb 9), and so on.
