Playa Secreto is in the heart of the Maya Riviera and just about 25 minutes south of Cancun and 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, 30 minutes from the Ruins of Tulum, 40 minutes to Cobá Ruins, and two hours to Chichen Itza, Xpuha, Xcaret, Xelha, natural park all offer incredible sites to visit. Besides being a great vacation spot on its own, Playa Secreto is also a great place to spend the night after arrival at the Cancun airport before making the long drive to all points south… especially to the Costa Maya and again before the morning flight back home.
Lower level one bedroom units are about 900 ft2, located in a very small condo complex with a total of 14 units. There are four two-bedroom units and ten-one bedroom units.
This villa is located in a private area, no hotels or resorts and is directly across from the beach with deeded beach access. The beach is about 150 meters from our property. Some of theactivitiesin the area are: diving, snorkeling, beach, dolphin watching, fishing, horseback riding, natures trails, shopping, golf course, swimming. Current owners do make a good rental income from these units.
